Original incunabula folio from a late medieval work on canon law. On the recto, the heading "De restitutione spoliatorum" is clearly preserved. The section deals with ecclesiastical law issues regarding the restoration or return of seized rights or property, as well as related legal and procedural questions. The Latin text is densely set and is accompanied by extensive legal commentaries, marginal references, and citations. Numerous red handwritten initials, paragraph marks, and highlighted passages structure the folio and demonstrate the typical layout of a scholarly legal edition from the early period of printing.

On one side, the historical folio number "103" is clearly visible. In addition, there are individual old handwritten notes or marginalia along the right margin.

The folio is in good condition for its age. The paper shows age-related toning, stronger stains and discolorations, especially in the margin area, as well as slight signs of wear. The text area is overall well preserved, the print is strong and clearly legible. The historical rubrics are clearly visible – see images.

An interesting and over 500-year-old original folio from the early period of European printing, suitable for collectors of incunabula, early editions, medieval canon law, legal history, and historical book art.
