This occupation issue appeared starting in December 1940 and included numerous different values.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-right: 98.05pt; text-align: justify;\"\u003e\u003cspan style=\"font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif;\"\u003eThe present letter features values of 1, 3, 5, 6, 8, 10, 12, 15, 20, 25, 30, 40, and 50 Reichspfennig, among others. The stamps are canceled with contemporary Luxembourg daily postmarks. The original registration label “Luxemburg 1 – No. 86” is completely intact. The letter was sent to Magdeburg on March 27, 1941. The nearly complete sequence of denominations makes the cover particularly decorative. Comparable philatelically franked Luxembourg letters from this occupation period are regularly collected today; simple set and mixed frankings are often traded in the low to mid double-digit euro range, while larger multicolored frankings and attractive registered covers can be valued higher.
